Your convenience is important to us.  If you find our Shopping Cart to be easy, please fill it out.  If you'd rather send a personal letter, we ask that you specify the number of each item you're purchasing, its item number, name, size, color. Be sure to tell us your daytime phone number, too, in case we have any questions.
We'll gladly accept a credit card payment if you'll write the card number and its expiration date.  Of course you may pay by check, money order if that's your preference.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All orders placed via this website are secure. This means that your credit card number and all other sensitive information will be protected by encryption.

We also accept Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer).  There will be free service charge on returned. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders from first-time customers.

Overseas customers please note: The most convenient method of payment for foreign orders is by credit card, since the exchange rate is automatically calculated at the best available rate of exchange.

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping.  All orders may require a 24-48 hour period of time for normal verification purposes.  If we can't verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order.  We will notify you by phone or email if that should be the case.

All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).

If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.

If you need to ship to an alternative address, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as www.superpages.com.

International Order Verification   

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping.  Since we will not ship without this verification, please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information.

All International orders must ship their orders to the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent).

If you need an alternative address, call the toll-free number on your credit card.  Ask the issuer to create an alternate shipping address, which is simply a note on your credit card account which authorizes purchase to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address.

Either way, you'll need to send a copy of both the front and back of the credit card being used, plus a copy of the most recent statement of your account.  email to sales@salesurveying.com.



International Tax:
All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Saleb Survey Pte. Ltd is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.

We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.
